How it works
Leaders rarely stall for lack of ambition. They stall because the real decision has not been named, or because the plan rests on beliefs nobody has tested.
The Lab works through a fixed set of steps across a series of sittings: name the decision, the cost of nothing changing, the evidence, the real problem and the shift, then a contrarian review and the leader's call. The Lab asks, sorts and challenges. The leader owns the decision. The Lab is in beta.
